About this blog

Daffodils... the flower that means spring. This flower symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings as well as sunshine, respect, the sun shines when I'm with you and also unrequited love. Hearing this flower always reminds me of Narcissus (which is what it's other name), one of the famous characters in Greek Myth who rejected the nymph Echo and later on fell in love with himself after seeing his reflection on the water.

And Echo... she was left heartbroken. She spent the rest of her life yearning for the love that was never returned. She became so lonely and keeps on crying till all that was left of her was her voice.
